Extra Training for Competitive Players

 
These energy filled sessions will have a high focus on increasing the individual player’s ability and knowledge to utilize specific skills used to dominate opponents in all types of 1v1 moments. All sessions will fall in line with our TUSC Philosophy to develop energetic, chaos-creating and forward thinking players!

$40/session – $10 discount per session when you register for 4+ session for one player

WINTER SAQ

Register
Speed, Agility, and Quickness training to improve burst speed, balance, response time, twitch muscle reflexes, pivoting, and all the little details that high level athletes work on to improve their game. Exercises to help with injury prevention will also be introduced. There is more to playing soccer than just running and kicking.  SAQ is a critical part of going to the next level!
