Registration Instructions:
- From the drop-down boxes on the left-hand side, choose the appropriate season and team
- On the right-hand side, enter your Affinity username and password, and click “Login”
If a player is “new”, In Step #3, instead of logging in, they can ‘Create an Account’.
You are not a “new” player if you have played for another club previously or been registered to a rec club through the affinity system or registered at tryouts.
- If the player’s name is already included in the “Family Members” section at the bottom, click “Continue”. Otherwise, “Add New Player”
- On the right-side of the player’s name, click “Add to Teams Player”
- Confirm/Update player’s information and click “Save”
- Click “Continue”
- Read and put checkmarks by each ELA
- Near the bottom, put a checkmark in the box labeled “I accept on behalf of all listed members below”
- If not already populated, input your ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’
- Click “Agree & Continue”
- Choose ‘Payment Method’, fill out the appropriate payment information, and click ‘Continue’
- Click on “Print Receipts & Forms”
- Click on “Print ELA”
- Click on “Log out and back to [My Account Login] page”
