TUSC is thrilled to announce the hiring of Tye Cole as the TUSC U11-U12 Director of Coaching.

Interim U11-U12 DOC Blake Roth will remain in a supportive role in the U11-U12 age groups.

 

In addition to taking the directorship to lead development and coaching in these pivotal years, Cole will also be coaching two teams in the age groups:  2014 Girls Blue and 2013 Boys White.

Originally hailing from Goodlettsville, TN, Tye embarked on his soccer journey at Lee University, followed by Belmont University. Beginning his coaching career in 1999 in Florida, Tye has amassed extensive experience and numerous accolades along the way. His leadership has guided teams to multiple Florida State titles, two US Regional Championships, and a notable National Final-Four appearance.
In 2016, Tye assumed the role of Head Coach at Palm City FC in the WPSL, followed by a pivotal tenure with the New York Red Bulls Academy System, covering New York and New Jersey, where he excelled in training, coaching, and scouting. Tye has also made significant contributions to Florida’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) and served as Assistant Coach for Women’s Soccer at the University of West Georgia, in addition to leading Averett University’s Women’s Soccer program as Head Coach.
