SAQ is specialized training designed to improve burst speed, balance, response time, twitch muscle reflexes, pivoting, and all the little details that high level athletes work on to improve their game. Exercises to help with injury prevention will also be introduced. There is more to playing soccer than just running and kicking.  SAQ is a valuable tool in learning body control to go to the next level!
