Join Coach Jamie Smith for Speed, Agility, and Quickness training to improve burst speed, balance, response time, twitch muscle reflexes, pivoting, and all the little details that high level athletes work on to improve their game.  Exercises to help with injury prevention will also be introduced.  There is more to playing soccer than just running and kicking.  SAQ is a critical part of going to the next level!

 

All sessions to be held at Drakes Creek Park Field #12 right before PDP.
